Wing it ...
Makeup should be fun! Don’t overthink it, just wing it! Tonight on my live chat two of my faithful supporters encouraged me to bring back the wing eyeliner. I am happy they did. I was still able to do it and I loved how it looked with my eyeshadow. I used to love a good wing and wouldn’t leave home without it. About two years ago I found myself doing way less with my eye makeup and liking it. Simple is great but so is a super glam vibe! So, I am featuring tonight’s makeup look and details! I am not a makeup artist, however, I have perfected what works for me over time and I love sharing that with all of you! If you have questions feel free to comment here !

STEP BY STEP:
Start with a clean and hydrated face. I used Peter Thomas Roth Cloud cream cleanser and followed with the cream. For under eyes I used Juice beauty eye serum to hydrate.
Apply your primer. I used smashbox photo finish. I also love Becca Cosmetics backlight primer.
Foundation: MAC Cosmetics Studio Fix Fluid in NC30 applied with a damp beauty blender.
Concealer: Spot concealed where redness was from pimple using Maybelline instant age rewind in medium. Contoured with NARS creamy radiant concealer in Medium 1 -Custard. Applied to my under eyes, bridge of nose, center of forehead, cupids bow and chin. Use a damp beauty blender to blend.
Set your base. Too faced etherial translucent powder on face. Becca Cosmetics under eye brightening setting powder for under eyes. I leave this on to “bake” while I move on to my eyes.
Eyebrows: Maybelline total tempation brow pencil- I used deep brown. Set in place with Benefit Gimme Brow in 4.5
Eyeshadow: base for lid- Kat Von D shade & light contour pallete shadowplay. Morphe 9C Jewel Crew palette. Smoke out corners with choclate diamond. Use rose quartz on inner eye to middle and blend. Touch of Purple reign in the middle. I use more of the shadowplay just below bone. Finish with Thrive Causemetics Brightening pencil for inner eye and brow bone highlight.
LA Girl cosmetics liquid felt tip eyeliner in black for wing.
Tarte Sex Kitten black eye liner for top water line.
Loreal Lash Paradise mascara.
Dust away setting powders with fluffy brush.
Contour with Too Faced Chocolate Soleil medium deep matte bronzer. Shape of 3 on face. Also down the sides of my nose, be sure to blend well.
Becca Cosmetics Liquid highlighter in Champagne Pop. Apply top of cheek bones, temple and just above brow on forehead. Cupids bow and bridge of nose. Use a small stiple brush to blend.
Set with NYX Cosmetics dewy finishing spray.
Lips- lined with Avon mystery mauve. Makeup Forever liquid matte lipstick in 105.
